Calculations are constantly being updated as transactions are run, added or
deleted. At any time an accurate current financial status can be displayed by
hovering the mouse over various parts of the main form.
Hover the mouse over 'Available spend until next pay' to display the pay
frequency set in Options Pay Frequency & the total days remaining until next
pay day (this number counts 'today' as 1 day & calculates until pay day -1 day
so that no transactions after this pay day are included).
Tip: Try changing the pay frequency & see what happens.
Hover the mouse over the cash amount after 'Available spend until next pay'
to display the cash available in the Current Account divided into weekly &
daily amounts.
Hover the mouse over the 'total' cash amount. This amount includes any cash
available in the Cash Account in the cash available calculations.
Tip: Try adding a transaction and see what happens.
If the 'Total' text & amount colour changes to grey this indicates possible
inaccuracies in forthcoming Current Account or Cash Account transactions.
This is because an unknown currency conversion is required. e.g. A debit in
US Dollars from the Current Account when USBMoney does not know the USA
USD->GBP United Kingdom exchange rate. In this case USBMoney assumes a
conversion rate of '1'.
