Choose the selected account & click 'Delete Account'.
One of the following dialog boxes will be displayed depending on if the
account has transactions.
Account has transactions.
Note: Transactions will become 'invisible' on the Transaction History form
when an account is deleted using the 'Delete' option. If the account is added
again the transactions will 'reappear'. To completely remove an account and
all transactions the account must be zapped before deleting the account using
the 'Delete & Zap' option.
Account has no transactions.
