Exchange rates can be manually entered or downloaded automatically via the
internet. Select the exchange rate required using the 'Country 1' & 'Country 2'
combo boxes & click 'Add to favourites'. In manual select the required
favourite from the list box & enter the exchange rate in the 'Selected
Exchange Rate' edit box. Click 'Save rate' to save the exchange rate. In Auto
click the 'Download exchange rates' button. USBMoney will download the
exchange rates for all of the favourites listed in the favourites list box.
USBMoney uses an exchange rate web service provided by
www.xmethods.net
If the web service is unavailable the following message box will be displayed.
If the exchange rate web service is unavailable the 'Get exchange rate' button
links to the yahoo finance page where exchange rates can be obtained, these
can be then entered in 'Manual' & saved using the 'Save rate' button.
If 'Download exchange rates on USBMoney startup' is checked then USBMoney will download the exchange rates for all of the favourites listed in
the favourites list box when the program starts & display the following in the
main forms caption.
