Any transaction in USBMoney where an exchange rate is required but is
unknown will display the following dialog box. Enter the exchange rate & click
OK.
The 'Get exchange rate' button links to the yahoo finance page where
exchange rates can be obtained. Click 'Add to favourites' to add the exchange
rate to the list of favourites available via the Exchange Rates form.
