General options can be set on this tab of the options dialog box.
If the 'On Run Transactions' check box is checked every transaction will have
a confirmation dialog when the 'Run Transactions' button is clicked on the
main form, otherwise transactions will be run in sequence with no option to
confirm if the transaction has cleared or not.
If the 'Confirm on USBMoney Exit' check box is checked then when clicking
the Exit button on the main form the following dialog box will be displayed.
Otherwise USBMoney will Exit without an option to cancel.
If the 'Notify when update available' checkbox is checked then on program
startup USBMoney will notify in the main form caption if a newer version
