Data from PWSMoney is compatible with USBMoney & can be imported, but
as USBMoney supports multi currencies a few simple steps are required.
1) Start USBMoney & choose 'Options' - 'Backup/Restore' - 'Restore Tables'.
Navigate to the folder where PWSMoney is installed & click OK. The data from
PWSMoney will be imported into USBMoney.
2) Each transaction in the transaction table will needs a currency setting.
Double click the transaction or choose 'Edit Transaction'. Choose a currency
from the list & click OK.
3) Each account will need a currency setting. Choose 'Manage Accounts' &
double click on each account or choose 'Edit Account'. Choose a currency &
click OK. Note: Even if your default currency is 'GBP United Kingdom' OK must
still be clicked.
4) To set currency symbols choose 'Options' - 'General' - 'Set Currency
Symbols'. Select the required currency & choose a symbol from the list then
click 'Save Symbol'. Note: If your currency symbol is not listed then symbols
can be copied to the clipboard & pasted into the 'Currency Symbols' combo
box.
